App privacy
Privacy details for Nexa Recall users, testers, and reviewers
Effective - August 11, 2026
This policy applies to the Nexa Recall iOS app. Nexa Recall is a puzzle game designed to work without an account. Gameplay and progress are kept locally on the device, while optional features such as notifications, Apple purchases, and rewarded ads involve the platform providers described below.
This app-specific policy supplements the general AxoNNexa Privacy Policy. If the policies describe a Nexa Recall practice differently, this app-specific policy controls for the app.
Nexa Recall stores game progress, challenge results, settings, current and Lifetime Light, trophies, Garden Keys, skill levels, Daily Path history, sessions, scores, streak information, and saved recall associations locally on the device. The app does not require or offer an account, and it does not provide cloud game-progress sync in this release.
This local gameplay information remains on the device until the user resets the local journey or removes the app, subject to any copies included in an Apple device backup.
With permission, Nexa Recall can schedule a local reminder on the device when another Daily Path is available. Notifications are optional. They can be turned off in Nexa Recall Settings or in the iOS notification settings for Nexa Recall.
The optional Garden Pass lifetime purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. AxoNNexa does not receive payment-card details. Nexa Recall uses purchase and entitlement status supplied by Apple to unlock Garden Pass features and restore purchases. Apple controls App Store transaction records under its own privacy practices.
A free player may choose to watch a rewarded ad for an extra try or a Garden Key. The complete Daily Path does not require an ad, and successful ad rewards are limited to three per local day. Rewarded ads are provided through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) may contact Google when Nexa Recall launches or returns to the foreground to refresh consent information; this does not itself load or show an ad.
Google Mobile Ads starts only after the user explicitly requests a rewarded ad and the relevant UMP consent step has run. Where applicable, Nexa Recall may then request Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before Mobile Ads starts so a device identifier can be used for ad measurement. Nexa Recall requests non-personalized ads by default. Declining tracking permission does not block the optional ad or its in-game reward; the app continues with a non-personalized ad request.
Google's Mobile Ads privacy manifest declares potential collection of seven data categories: coarse location, Device ID, product interaction, advertising data, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data. Device ID is declared as used for tracking when permission allows. Google and its advertising partners may also process IP address, device and operating-system information, consent choices, and ad interactions. Non-personalized ads can still use contextual information and limited data for delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, and measurement.

AxoNNexa does not sell the gameplay and progress stored locally by Nexa Recall. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, and systems.
Resetting the local journey does not remove an App Store Garden Pass purchase. Apple controls purchase records and device backups. See the Apple Privacy Policy for Apple's practices and controls.
Local game information remains on the device until it is reset or the app is removed. Apple and Google determine retention for information they process under their own policies. AxoNNexa uses reasonable safeguards for information it receives, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Nexa Recall is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. The app does not ask for an age or account. A parent or guardian should supervise notification, purchase, and advertising-consent choices when a child uses the app. Contact AxoNNexa if you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with Nexa Recall.
Nexa Recall is a puzzle game and general-wellness experience. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, monitor, or measure any medical or cognitive condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or care.
This policy may be updated as Nexa Recall changes. A new effective date will be posted on this page. Questions or privacy requests about Nexa Recall can be sent to support@axonnexa.com.
